BVM Vendor Application & Information

THE BUENA VIDA MARKETPLACE INVITES YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SATURDAY MARKET - We are looking for Vendors in the Northern Baja Area. Our emphasis on homemade food and snacks, craft beer, wine, fine art, handmade crafts, and a variety of Baja services. Below is the vendor application. Thank You!

BUENA VIDA MARKETPLACE VENDOR INFORMATION
THE BUENA VIDA CLUB invites you to participate in the BUENA VIDA MARKETPLACE. Please complete and return the application online with pay the day of the event. The vendor coordinator Rachel Pack will contact you via email or FB once your application has been received.

LOCATION
BAJA SEASONS RESORT is a quiet resort in a privileged location, a Mexican Hacienda on a private beach. La Salina, at Kilometer 72.5 of the Tijuana-Ensenada Scenic Highway (Mexico 1D) is located a few meters from the Marina Puerto Salina Marina, 70 km from the Tijuana International Airport and 40 km from the city of Ensenada. With several accommodation options.

SPACES
Booth spaces are 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. If you require more space, you will need to purchase additional booth space. Vendors are responsible for their own canopy, table(s) and anything for their displays. Open set up 10am and ready by 11:00am each Saturday

FEES
Registration and fees, please bring your booth fee with you. Booth space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with diversity and limit duplication. We are offering a discounted rate of $100 pesos ($5 dlls). Suppliers approved by Baja Buena Vita staff (Baja Good Life) as requests are received.

BAJA BUCKS or TICKETS - All sales translations will be handled with "Baja Bucks" tickets (equal to pesos). An event fee of 10% of all sales is maintained with Baja Seasons. At the conclusion of the BV Marketplace event each Saturday, the vendor will exchange his/hers "Baja Bucks" for the total sales during the event minus the 10% rate per event.

  • Prepared Food & Beverage Vendors: $100 pesos ($5 dlls) 
  • Fresh Produce Vendors: $100 pesos ($5 dlls)
  • Art, Craft, and Service Vendors: $100 pesos ($5 dlls)
  • Nonprofit Vendors: $100 pesos ($5 dlls)
  • **Sponsors of $500 pesos or more are eligible for a booth included in their sponsorship. Please consult with Rachel Pack rachelpack@bglclub.com

Vendors are expected:
  • Open set up 10am and ready by 11:00am each Saturday
  • To keep the area around their booth clean during the marketplace, and to remove all trash from their booth area at the end of the day.
  • No paint on the grass or venue area and please take care not to damage the property. 
  • No driving on the grass. 
  • No parking on event area; you may drive onto the event area to unload, then you must park in designated areas.

All vendors Fees are non-refundable unless approved by Rachel Pack rachelpack@bglclub.com.
